From web design
to figuring out what actually works.

I started in design. Websites, print, anything visual. I was always the person who understood both the creative side and how things actually worked underneath.

Early on, I ended up in a forensic cybersecurity environment. That changed how I think. It turned everything into a problem to solve — not just something to make look good.

When I came back to building websites, I started noticing a pattern. Sites looked good. They launched. And then… nothing. No traffic. No enquiries. No growth.

So I went deeper. Into SEO. Into tracking. Into how people actually search, click, and convert. I tested things. Broke things. Fixed them. Learned what works — and what gets sold as working.

That distinction matters more than most people realise.

Over time, that became the work. Not just building websites — but fixing the underlying problems that stop them from performing.

And that is still how it works now. The same person who diagnoses the problem is the person who fixes it.
